PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

I've enjoyed reading your stories. I get the feeling that this arc is going to be very interesting.
I know that people can sometimes take offense when others play editor with their work, so I appologize if pointing this out offends you in anyway...
"Peter rolled over; there was Dill, was only a few feet away."
To me the second was seems to kill the sentence flow.
Ha ha! Thanks, anonymous, you're exactly right - that was a typo!
I'll go ahead and fix that soon.
And no, by all means - if you or anyone else sees a typo or something that is just awkward or makes no sense, let me know. I'm actually using this as a means to do a final edit of the stories as I post them page by page, so your input is very valuable.
