Cool, proper Christmas ornaments! It's nice to see them doing something normal and family-like. Especially as a contrast to sinister shapes in the snow :P Gotta love Peter's attempts at convincing Grandfather about the ski trip!
By the way, you missed out an apostrophe in "good for five minutes' worth of work", and the past tense of "to drag" is "dragged", not "drug" (unless it was a demon tree and Grandfather dosed it with something to keep it docile :D )
WV: cryche. The awful crackling, crunching sound that fills you with foreboding and prevents you turning round, because you just *know* it's made by a snow demon's feet as it sneaks up behind you. Merely the sound of the word makes you feel as though an icicle has just slipped down the back of your neck.
Hey! umm... this might be a little confusing but I'm trying to write my books online and I need to ask you, how do you make the tables of contents like that, can you help me. I'm still new to this program, and I like your books, it's amazing, but can you please help me.
PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.
