Gwen's a good shot - could she shoot through the ropes suspending the whale from the ceiling so it falls on the mummy and traps it? Even better, a shark falling mouth-first onto the mummy so it's like it's been eaten!

Going to have to take its heart out, probably. Even taking the head off might not work since the Egyptians took the brain (aka the reason why decapitation works on everything else) out before embalming.

Actually, the mummy doesn't have any internal organs, does it? Can't remember if the heart's still there or not. Well, whatever, find and destroy those canopic jars! That should do it...or just annoy the mummy.

Alternatively, find a cat...

Pelick = Fictional island off the coast of Jamaica. The story goes that the locals could fly and ate everything smaller than themselves they came across. Today the name survives in the word "Pelican".

@Rubberduck:
Yes, they leave the heart in. It was thought to be the center of emotions and such.

I'm going camping for two days so I'll miss a post. ^^

WV: temucepl
A type of egyptian food served only to the rich because of it's use of mushrooms (which were hard to come by)

Rubberduck already made the point I was going to - the vitals of a mummy are in the canopic jars, not in the actual mummy! And THIS is why we need to pay attention during history class, kids.

WV: Thiolec: an artificial sweetener briefly popular in the 70s, which was taken off the market when it was discovered that the bodies of those who'd used it regularly had a peculiar tendency to reanimate after death.

And where are the torches when you need one...

I hope they come up with a way to get out, or at least a rocket launcher. I don't think it could do a lot of harm if blown into pieces.

Cat -
Maybe the mummy will open a dimension into the next world and the sharks and orca WILL COME ALIVE AND SWIM THROUGH THE AIR AND EAT THE MUMMY UP!

Dang it, I just gave the ending away...

Rubberduck -
Nope. Flying sharks and orca.

Mina -
FLYING SHARKS AND ORCA! You will miss the post where they come to life, so hurry!

misslynx -
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, Miss Lynx, you gots to eat some crow! Either that, or go change wikipedia quick!

"The jars were four in number, each charged with the safekeeping of particular human organs: the stomach, intestines, lungs, and liver...The Egyptians considered the heart to be the seat of the soul so it was left inside the body instead of being placed in a canopic jar."

D'oh!
