I think I'm starting to like Enid... Snarkiness, caffeine addiction and all. (Possibly because I share both those qualities with her to some extent.)
WV: ousneo a rare Greek liqueur made from dates and bear musk.
I agree, Enid is hilarious (no matter what Peter thinks). In fact these chapters were a well-needed break, what with the interplay between Enid and Dill.
So if the natural magic forcefield is the strongest Enid's seen around a human, what else would have them? Are there Ents? It's Ents, isn't it?
From Enid's reaction, I can't tell - are the witches aware that werewolves exist? I mean, it seems like knowing what kinds of things there are would be part of their job description. So I guess Enid knew about werewolves but didn't believe that Dill was one; perhaps because they're supposed to be in Europe?

Glad you liked it! BREAK EXTENDED!
It's TOTALLY Ents. Ents, totes.
Weeeelllll...we know she doesn't believe in the Innaratu...
I think she believes in werewolves, just that Dill isn't one of them. But we shall soon find out.
