PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

Creepy, I know, but come onnnn! And it doesn't help that I'm picturing her in a gothic lolita style dress.
Yes, I know that's not what you said she was wearing, but I can nae help it! Manga has over taken my brain and when a gothic person comes up, they're usually dressed that way.
Plus she can use a gun. That's +10 in my books... and I have no idea why. Maybe because i am the ultimate mole wacking champion! She'll use a gun and me a mallet and together.... WE'LL TAKE OVER THE CARNIVAL WORLD!

I like this kid! She's not tryng too hard to be different, but she's not afraid of not fitting in. Plus its funny how much a girl that can handle a gun intimidates the boys haha.
Gwen reminds me of me as a child, sans the make-up. I've always been a better shot than my big brothers haha.

Interesting young lady. I wouldn't want to catch her on a bad day. Being able to catch and fling insults could be a problem when she is really pissed.
At least she didn't call Peter crazy for what he saw in the mirrors. Just thought it, but that's ok.
Gwen is quickly becoming my favorite person in this story next to beth... if Beth were a bit older i could see them being thick as theives..

Yep. Been hunting with my Dad since I was about ten. :) I'm not the typical girl, or so says my construction co-workers as I out hammer them! :)
