PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

OMG creepy creepy creepy!
Just the maze of mirrors and being lost without anyone with me would have been enough to scare me to tears as a kid, let alone someone after you, and children stuck in mirrors!
This is getting close on being nightmare material...
Darren, please consider contacting GraphicAudio (http://www.graphicaudio.net/) to see if you can get them interested in producing your Peter and the Vampires series. It would really come to life in their format. Though they haven't done anything that would be considered to be aimed at children, your stories also appeal to adults, as shown by your internet feedback. Having different actors and professional sound effects would be fantastic with your stories. I would definitely buy the productions, especially because I have read the stories.
BTW, this is one of your best yet (IMHO).

Yay! I was worried no one would find this story as creepy as I did. The mirror sequence was one of the few times I literally freaked myself out as I read it.
