It's only natual that Dark Peter be a sore loser, since Peter is a decent person. And boy that is going to sting something nasty later.

Shoot Peter, use the force.

Well, Lachesis, I liked your devious theory about Dark Peter shooting himself, but I guess this post kinda removes all doubt of that.
Gwen was too sure of Peter's win for my "psychic connection" theory, though. I wonder, could she have gotten someone else involved to shoot from the trees, or something?

So, I've been wondering...how are they going to enforce the terms of the deal? Dark Peter doesn't have to do anything they say - unless, as a magical being from this Dark Place, he's obligated to honour any and all agreements made with mortals?

So then what does that mean if Qwen really did cheat?

Cochro = Scots Gaelic for the particularly cold and pervasive type of rain that accompanies battles, duels, and school sports days.

Obviously Gwen outfoxed the Doppelganger somehow- and the John Woo suggestion was most likely part of it - the only question is how...

I was originally thinking that maybe it had something to do with directions - that if the Doppelganger is some kind of a twisted mirror image, then maybe directions are reversed to it, and if Peter was told to go right, the Doppelganger would be shooting toward the left? And maybe Gwen knew that because she had noticed something about it being reversed from Peter's appearance? Except that doesn't quite work, because if it was used to perceiving him as a mirrored image, it should make it more easy to track his movements, not less...

Well, curious to find out what happened, anyway!

Not sure how this could have worked...unless somehow Peter being the good shot made Dark Peter a bad one?

the answer is simple as to why Peter was the better shot.

Dark Peter = All bad stuff

Peter = Good... as much can be expected from a human

Welcome, Seaspray!
One nice thing about paintball is that after a game nothing is black and white anymore ;)
