PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

I'm glad Grandfather got there when he did. I wasn't sure I could stomach the rest of this one after Melissa and Beth joined the lynch mob.
P.S. I like how Mrs. Cashew is more sensitive about her weight than everything else that happened.
Oh good. Grandfather, Jenkins and Peter all in the same room.
Prepares popcorn, gets soda and settles in easy chair.
PS. I'm glad to see that nobody has stooped to the level of mentioning that Mrs Cashew is nuts. We must maintain some standards.
