PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

Well at least Peter got over his shock, but being a kind person wasn't able to stop his compashion. I hope Gwen gets there soon and hits him with a tuba.
I hope Peter gets over confusing being a good person with being a sucker. I thought threatening Grandfather with a stolen scalpel would teach him.
We know that the Everlasting has fixed his canon against self slaughter, but does it count if it's a paint-gun?
It sounded like Peter had noticed a physical change in Dark Peter. Besides, the only motivation we know of about Dark Peter is that he doesn't want to live in the Dark Place. I think it was reasonable to expect Dark Peter to try to compromise.
Was this the first story in which Peter got mad? Maybe that played a role here, too.
