"Peter and the Crazies" Chapter 21

CHAPTER 21 - "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"

By the way, please write a different review for each of the three books.

But remember, they don't have to be works of art. Just 2 or 3 sentences each. 9 sentences in all, at most.

And if you're not in the Secret Society, email me at peterandthevampires (at symbol) gmail dot com.

I really love this one so far. I wonder what Fleur's scream will attract?

This just gets creepier and creepier! I'm really loving it. In some ways I think it might be the scariest story so far. It's got just the right level of tension, the unknown, and the known-but-you-wish-you-didn't.

Yay I was first to leave a review on Amazon UK - but it was before your how-to email so I didn't put in any specifics. At least I avoided spoilers lol.

Dill would rather have gone to juvie? Ah, but then we'd have had 'Peter and the Prisoners', where the biggest, meanest kid in the place gets a demon whispering in his ear telling him to 'kill the Cursed One!', and Dill would be saying, "I wish they'd decided we were just crazy!"

Of course, there's no reason 'Peter and the Prisoners' can't still happen. I doubt Jenkins will be particularly happy that every crazy just HAPPENED to escape the one time the boys (and Gwen) came to Shadow Hills.

Darren, the hand joke...that was just punful.

Lareas = Type of Spanish rapier notable for having, due to the type of ore where they were made (the town of Lareas), the weight of a full longsword. They were notoriously hard to use effectively in combat, but invaluable as a training aid.

Ah, Peter's got his first official groupie. Fangirl squee!

About reposting the review: sure, I'll do that tomorrow. Didn't know you could do that.

Btw, when I read through consumers' reviews, I look for close-but-not-perfect reviews, feeling that they're more honest. Does anybody else do anything like that?

Oy. I knew she'd be showing up. Wonder what friends she's bringing with her.

Mina -
Lollipops and ice cream!

No, wait...wrongs story.

Cat -
Wow, cool - glad you like it!

Thank you for the Amazon UK review!

Rubberduck -
RB, we are SO now doing PETER AND THE PRISONERS.

Just so I can have an image where Peter can see the little demon on the bully's shoulder, whispering into his ear, but no one else can...

Yes, that joke was terrible. I should be pun-ished for it.

Not with lareas, though.

Um the Muse -
Wait, wait, you don't have to repost anything! I don't mind! Don't worry about it!

Yeah, I always look for the one-, two-, and three-star reviews if there are a vast majority of five- and four-stars. I did that very thing just last night on an ebook I was thinking of purchasing.

Rai -
Or what things she's drawing with her screams...
