Again I'm wondering just what Dr. V. could have found in Mercy, or in the hobos. What's great is the way he's not got frustrated at how his studies are being blocked by looking at, basically, magic, and is instead focusing on what he can see and manipulate.
Apparently (according to The Paper Dispenser aka Wikipedia) silver nitrate can be used for many things in medicine already, such as disinfection. Dill had better change his medical record to show an allergy to silver and its salts.

We (my husband and I) know a couple where SHE is allergic to garlic and HE is allergic to silver. Yes, it's a running joke! That being said, it's too bad there isn't a way to prepare a tincture of silver AND the wolfsbane to counteract one another.
WV- Suppodif- supoodif they figure out a way to do it?
Ok that is cool to, found something that shows werewolf infection. That in it self would be a huge advance in a few different fields of study. At least if he can figure out how the cell did what it did.
Yes Dill, ending up dead is not a good thing. You don't want to come back as a zombie, Peter would have to off you if you got out of line.
PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

LOL at Dill turning into a zombie. The wolfman cub suddenly shows an interest in higher education: "brainsss!!"
Rubberduck -
They blinded V with science!
Yes, he is open-minded.
Perhaps a bit TOO open-minded, as we shall see...
Mary -
that's hilarious!

Knowing Dr. V, he'll be on it day and night.
Um the Muse -
That's the only brains Dill would ever be interested in.
Darren-
It doesn't help that he's like a big puppy either.
I'm a few days behind but enjoying catching up.
