Caught up again, and Dill was just a laught a minute. At least till Pryce brought up his parents. Poor guy needs a hug, maybe Melissa will go easier on him now after seeing how much pain he is in.
I wonder if Melissa will put together when the brownies were there, as it wasn't that long ago that the kitchen was wrecked.
I'm no lawyer, just a meek scientist, but this doesn't seem to be doing anything for the case. This better be going somewhere, this is just mean! I felt bad for Gwen, but Dill's treatment was even worse! What's Pryce going to grill Peter about that will make the poor kid cry? I'm thinking maybe his father.
its kinda of a smart way to handle the children, rather then prepping them, filling their heads with things they should or shouldn't say he breaks them down and leaves them in a very remote spot mentally so any questions the other side might throw at them wont catch them off guard as much... or i think thats what hes doing..
PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

I think she probably thinks Dill is disturbed, rather than there were actually brownies.
