I like Dill's method of thinking. She doesn't want him around when Peter is babysitting so he's doing everything to let her know he isn't leaving. She'll have to take him with her if she thinks he'll do something stupid when she's gone.

Though I'm sure he'd come up with something else. Well, yes, he CAN be incredibly annoying...but therein lies his charm and personal power...

Actually, I have to admit, I NEVER find Dill annoying. Probably because I get to write him, not just read him.
