Whoa, either that baker had a serious problem with Peter, or the curse is manifesting itself in curious ways! Which would explain the deliberately misleading spell book...

Interesting, now why would someone make killer cookies to take out a boy. Let alone Peter, I figure Dill would be a better target for a baker.

I wonder who gave the book to the baker, it had to be someone or something that wants Peter gone.

Damn, I already used the inevitable line about the plot thickening like cookie dough a few pages back...

So rather than repeating myself, I'll just say that I'm starting to like the fact that Gwendolyn's standard response to danger seems to be scream first, then go all Dirty Harry on it. It makes her come across as more human and believable than if she was just all badass, all the time.

slecuff: better known as SLE-CUFF™, a short-lived invention consisting of cuffs that could be attached to the sleeves of any sort of shirt using a modified form of velcro that would stick firmly to any fabric, thereby making a casual shirt, or one with frayed cuffs, look a little more formal. The problem came when you tried to take them off...

Ah damn. *pays up*

This is quite the curious happening though. On another note. I love my lite brite. :)

Oh, and Dill said a bad word! And with her shooting skills, I wouldn't be after Gwen either.

Assertive Peter is assertive! That's very attractive, you know, Peter...better be careful.

My guess is revenge for something Peter's Grandfather did. Also that it wasn't the baker that made the Ginjas (you'd only need to make enough to operate an oven and baking equipment and then they can self-replicate).

Who gave it to the baker?! Hmmmm...

Glad you like Gwen's reactions! I always liked it more in movies like RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK when Indy would freak out over something, rather than be so calm and unruffled like other action heroes.

Rai -
Ooooooooooooooooooohhh! Dill said a bad wooooooooooooooooooooorrrrd!

Rubberduck -
Hmmm...Peter attractive to Gwen? Hmmmm...

AnakMoon -
Ha - you know, I don't remember...
