Those last two sentences made my day. I dislike Beth almost as much as I dislike Jenkins.

Well better to have two sets of eyes looking for trouble then just one. Still Dill forgot to be scared when he tackled Grandpa.

Wow - mom grows a spine! Awesome! Also, good planning of Grandfather's part to at least make sure Peter's got backup...

WV: stles: one of the lesser-known, and less severe, tropical diseases affecting visitors to certain parts of sub-Saharan Africa, stles is carried by aquatic parasites and its primary symptom, once it has passed through the digestive system, is an uncontrollable itch in the nether regions. Natives of the area are apparently immune, and find it highly entertaining to watch newcomers who aren't.

How dare you, sir. Of course I love Cherry Kool-Aid ;) Cheetos? It depends, are we talking regular or flaming hot? Flaming hot Cheetos always makes me sick. They're way worse than Funions, at least the next day.

I love, love, love this installment. Melissa stands her ground against Grandfather and Dill, and Beth fails to get anything out of her tantrum.

Melissa stands up for Peter! My contact lens shifted out of focus when I first saw that.

I'm guessing Melissa gave Peter the ski trip to make up for not believing him about the doppelganger.

MistyCat -
Don't you mean you loooove to hate her?

daymon34 -
He was overcome with joy!

Yep, I liked that Melissa raised a ruckus.

And as for your V-word? Ewww...

Um the Muse -
I concur. Regular Cheetos win the day. (Gavel pounds) Court adjourned.

todd -
Really?! Wow, okay, we'll have to have Melissa start to get feisty more often!

ArtGoddessAthena -
Aha! Interesting. I had not considered that. It may have been a contributing factor...
