PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

Darren, I'm so glad you are ok with us guessing what's going on. It's possibly my second favorite part about reading the stories (my favorite is the clever resolutions, and I also really enjoy the humor).
VW: Kiera. Has the verification word decided to send cryptic warnings on whom we should avoid, or does this mean we should become best friends? It's hard to tell without knowing any Kiera. Oh, the mysteries of divination!
I'm guessing they're not about to be invited to come out of the snow and take tea with Mr. Tumnus.
