PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

Ooooh, I wonder if Mama chased Papa off, or vice versa? If Papa yeti is still there guarding Peter, Dill is gonna have to come up with something extraordinary to get him out!
Peter Normal, cryptovetinarian! Travelling all over the world to wherever weird may hide, and healing it! Like the Doctor. And if anything gives him trouble, he can unleash Dark Peter and awesome the crap out of it.
This could be a very profitable move for Peter. Get the Snow Demons on your side for saving Babby, and the non-hero-units on your side for preventing attacks.
Gafostr = Norse word, meaning, "One who makes a profit coming and going, the lucky son of a Jotun."
At least Peter was able to keep his arm and baby seems fine. Snowy is probably off trying to catch Dill now.
I hope Dill is somewhere that he can find his way back to camp, or Snowy will just catch him again.
I think the sentence, "...DO hope you choke..." would read better as "...hope you DO choke..."

Hahaha! That would actually be a really interesting story. Like ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL but with vampire babies and slug monsters instead of cows and poodles.
