Question: can canines roar? I'm aware that wolves have a very large vocal range, including grunts, whines, barks, howls, and the like, but I'm not sure I ever heard of one roaring. Although we are dealing with a roughly larynx, so I guess anything is possible.
Oh dear. And here I was thinking "Well it's a steel cable right? Even his claws shouldn't be able to tear that." I never though about pulling it from the wall. :\
I guess the boys are gonna have to get good at climbing up now as well as sideways.
Oh man, that is a heart thumper of a cliff-hanger! I was woried that Jon would change back and follow on the line but my goodness, tearing it out of the wall is MUCH worse! It will be too slick for them to hold onto to climb, and burn like a bugger while they slide down it, that is if they are able to hold on after the Tarzan swing into who knows what just before they do slide! All I can think is...OUCH!
PETER AND THE VAMPIRES is a horror/comedy web novel (and a free podcast!)about a normal, 10-year-old kid who moves into a sinister town filled with supernatural horribleness. The series is composed of different "monster of the week" stories - kind of like THE X-FILES crossed with THE SIMPSONS (if Mr. Burns were a ghoul and something terrifying lived in the town dump). "Peter And The Dead Men" is the first story in the collection. A new page is posted every day.

I'm reaching the conclusion Jon isn't a very nice person.

*That's a 'rouhgly human larynx', of course. I suppose it woul be quite rough as well, though.

Look ma I can play the banjo.
Ok enough sillyness.
I hope the boys don't get sick, they just got done making pigs of themselfs. Moving that like on the cable isn't going to sit well with them.

I don't think they're able to change back until sunrise.

What, just now?
Rubberduck -
Anything as big as a Volkswagon that has two-inch long fangs can roar. That is my professional opinion.

Hmmmm...
Just kidding. I take it back:

Yeah, now would be a messy time.

Glad you like it! Yes, it will be very bad if Jon breakes the cable...
